... This probably has nothing to do with Hemmorhoids and more to do with the type of activity you are engaged in. This is an area which needs alot of lubrication. You may have torn some skin, and you may have an infection in that area. You should really see a doctor to get properly treated. Your general practioner or a GYN would be your best bet. You could keep them from flaring up as often if you make sure you drink lots of water,eat a high fiber diet,not straining and forcing bm's out, make it priority to move your bowels daily as this will help keep your bm's soft and easy to pass. Anal Fissure

... I had an anal fissure, but not because of hard stools, because I pass alot of paste like stools but I have to use my finger to get it out. I think the finger and pressing to get the paste out caused this fissure. it lasted a while but then it went away. I have hemmorroids, but the doctor told me fissures come and go.
