... Squatch: I've had two rounds of infrared and three rounds of injections (sclerotherapy) and I've had little improvement. Fiber,staying away from straining/lifting activities,etc. have also not helped much. If I were you,assuming you still have symptoms, I would ask my doctor about sclerotherapy.
