Hi Pat,

I too have experience the pressure and lightheadedness as you have, among neck pain, etc. I do know through searching for answers for my own problems that I came across a connection between the pressure/lightheadness and the possibility of it stemming from your cervical spine. Although I had sought physical therapy and regular chiropractic treatments and didn't have great success, I did find that a specialized chiropractor who specializes in Atlas Orthogonal has been the most help to me. It was discovered that my Atlas, the very top vertebrae that your skull sits on was out of alignment causing all kinds of problems, dizziness, anxiety, etc. Because you said you hit your head, it is a possibility that it could have thrown your Atlas off .. as I learned it doesn't take much force .. I recommend you trying that avenue as you have nothing else to lose and so much to gain! Good luck to you!
