Constantly shaking

I'm not sure if this is the right section of the forum to post this but with so many categories, I had trouble picking it. Plus I don't know what the problem is.

So anyway, for as long as I can remember, I have been very shaky. Every part of my body shakes if not resting firmly on a surface such as a table. When I hold my hands out, they shake worse than any other part of my body. My head even shakes from time to time. The more nervous I am, the worse it gets. The problem isn't that I'm constantly nervous. Even as I'm alone in my house right now, not nervous in the slightest bit, I'm shaking. I've always been made fun of for this, it's very noticeable. It gets worse when I try to do things that require precise movements or when I put significant strain on my muscles. After doing anything that wears me out, as in physical exercise, I shake more than ever. Any emotional or physical strain worsens my shaking.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? What can I do about it? Is there any way to stop shaking?
