Brain & Nervous System Disorders Board Index

I have fibromyalgia and I have been having internal vibrations or tremors in my legs and now my head for about a year. The head vibrations are very scary and they were really bad when I would settle down in bed in the evening but now my doctor put me on a beta blocker for high blood pressure and it is used for migraine prevention( I have migraines my entire life) and it is used for essential tremors. I take it before bed and it has helped. However when I wake up in the morning the feeling is really bad. Just walking to the bathroom and back I can feel my heartbeat in my head and my neck is shaking inside too. I was tested for high cortisol but never low. What can be done for low cortisol? Perhaps this is my problem too. Other things I have been told is my body makes too much adrenaline due to anxiety, arthritis in neck, symptom of fibromyalgia.
