... Since my last posting, I recently was diagnosed with chondromalasia. The two doctors that I have seen both gave me the impression that there was nothing they could do and are now sending me down to an orthopedic surgeon. I am tired of living with the pain in my knee from it rapidly deteriorating and hearing that there is nothing that can be done to help. Is there anyone... (7 replies)

... Thank you for your advise. I am taking Sunlindac for the inflammation. Since I am on this, the only other OTC drug to take with this for pain is Tylenol. The only exercise I was doing is PT which has stopped. I have also stopped using ladders and anything else at work, but nothing helps. My knee still gets very painful and inflamed. (7 replies)
