I eat oatmeal or cream of wheat every other day for breakfast. I researched these foods and learned they are very good for your digestive system. I add about about two small packets of sugar to the oatmeal, and it is very delicious.

I eat a banana with it as well. I also eat yogurt about once every three days. It is very healthy for an individual's digestive system and loaded with flavor. I think you are headed in the right direction with your eating plan.
