Seafood is a double edged sword. Some of it is very good for you, like tuna, salmon, scallops, etc. Others, like lobster and shrimp have very high cholesterol. I would take a look at this site...


it has the nutrition info for most foods. I would try to keep your cholesterol intake below 300mg daily. Your next best bet is to head to a book store and look for cholesterol lowering books. I have read both "8 week cholesterol cure" by Kowalski, and "Controlling Cholesterol" by Cooper. Very good books that spell out good and bad.
