I started with 100 mg. to counter any effects of depletion by my Lipitor and I read several places that as little as 30 mg. might be ok. So now I take 50 mgs. THere are two of taking the stuff and it's pricey, so the 50 will have to do.
I haven't really noticed any difference though between none, 50 and 100 mg./day.
Like most supplements, you hear claims they are good and you plunk your money down and hope. I've never seen any studies showing a benefit only the observation that people on statins tend to have low levels of Co-Q10...ça va! I just bought 600 of the 50's.
