Your numbers are a lil high but I think U might beable to get them down with diet and exercise. Like MG said, go VERY lite on starchy things or sugar for the Trigs. Also try a 1/4 to 1/2 Tsp. of regular store bought cinnamon each day, oatmeal, and some extra vitamin C. I take a multi and 500 C in the a.m., have oatmeal each morning with my cinnamon, and after dinner take a garlic, calcium and another 500 C. Also been drinking alot of Bigelow green tea the last few months. I took my TC from 232 to 198 and my LDL from 161 to 126 afterr I started the cinnamon and green tea. Don't know if it will stay like that, as I never had numbers that low, but hey, at least I can say I saw it once........ ;)

Read some of the posts here, many folks have some good info. and have also brought their numbers down. Of course like anything, we all have to try something else if things don't work, but keep at it, and something will work sooner or later, hopefully sooner.
