High Cholesterol Board Index

Not a typo last 3 profiles were:

96 (Routine physical draw, July)
100 (NMR lipoprofile in August)
94 (another NMR lipoprofile in October).

I am pretty sure on those numbers above, and have the exact values of what is below at home. From memory, the breakdown of cholesterol and triglyercides were:

HDL was 37, Triglycerides 51, and LDL was 47
Prior to that HDL 30, Tris 61, LDL 58
and the one prior HDL 36, Tris 80, LDL 44

I will correct these if I have incorrectly typed any.

To answer your question again, I do have some additional and corrected values. One day I will go back and look up all my tests in the past 5 years for comparison of pre and post-MI.

From a recent report issued to me(through work) on my history:

8/29/1997 BP 170/112 Chol: 269 Glucose:124 Wt: 220
3/29/2000 NR NR Glucose:348 Wt: 227
5/7/2001 126/72 Chol: 166 Glucose:104 Wt: 218
8/22/2002 122/68 Chol: 96 Glucose: 77 Wt: 184

The first collection was actually 8/2/2002
(in mg/dL)
Total Chol: 96 Triglycerides: 82
HDL: 36 LDL: 44 Glucose: 77

The 8/7/2002 was a NMR Lipoprofile collection

Total Chol: 100 Triglycerides: 59
HDL: 29 LDL: 61 LDL particle number: 755 nmol/L
LDL size: 20.3 Large HDL: 8 mg/dL Large VLDL: 3 mg/dL
Lp (a): 12.2 mg/dL Homocysteine: 6.7 mg/dL, hs-CRP: 0.93

Then came the addition of Niacin...

Routine blood draw on 10/1/02 (forgot this one)

Total Chol: 102 Triglycerides: 67
HDL: 30 LDL: 58 Glucose: 91

and another NMR Lipoprofile on 10/11/02:

Total Chol: 94 Triglycerides: 42
HDL: 37 LDL: 51 LDL particle number: 554 nmol/L
LDL size: 20.8 Large HDL: 17 mg/dL Large VLDL: 11 mg/dL
hs-CRP: 0.18
