I can't figure out why this has escalated like this. I avoid fast food like the plague, and live on salads throughout the day. I now, exclusively drink Diet Rite. I eat buffet meals occasionally, but I pick the healthier fayre. I never eat stuff like ice cream and obviously high fat foods. I did start eating Atkins bars though - which contain saturated fat. I guess it is back to oats, Cheerios, Healthy Heart OJ, and fish oils. What EPA/DHA levels should I be looking at to reduce this?
