Did you get the numbers down correctly? They don't add up. Here is the blood lipid formula used to calculate LDL from the other measured parameters:

LDL = Total Cholesterol - HDL - Triglycerides/5

Using this formula I get LDL = 192, not 32.

The numbers posted are a little on the high side, but not overly so. High total cholesterol is defined as greater than 240 mg/dl. Your posted HDL is not too bad, but could be a little higher. Your triglyceride/HDL ratio is 3.6 which is not abnormal but still above the optimum of less than 2.0. I would suggest a good diet (low in sugars and other refined carbohydrates) and moderate exercise. Cholesterol lowering meds are not warranted based on the numbers posted.
