Okay, finally after all the research on line and 1 year supplement religiously taking, the result came back....
Before I give you the result, let me tell you what I have been taking.
After last year result, I found out i have high cholesterol, high LDL, low hdl, and High Tri. , I decided to look around available supplement. FYI, I believe my cholesterol is heritage, so there are so much I can do to control it. I tried exercise on and off (well off more than on) last year, but stopped more frequent this year. As far as diet goes, cut down lots of beef and eggs, and that is about it.
Now the supplement I took...
After last year result, I took a couple of month of RYR (plus fish oil continuously) just to see my body can take RYR without problem... Stopped RYR (with coq10)
Then took Turmeric/garlic oil/ginger pill about 3 or 4 months (still continuously taking fish oil)
This year, I took 2 months of RYR (WITH coq10), 2 month magnesium, (fish oil continuously non-stopped), one month of Cholesterol off, fiber therapy and Lecithin. (I found that Lecithin is good for liver just in case fish oil has some sort of toxic substance to damage my liver)
Okay, past Saturday, i took the test...
here is the 2013 result
Total Cholesterol 254 FLAG HIGH (WAS 234 IN 2012)
Triglycerides 260 FLAG HIGH ( WAS 128 IN 2012)
HDL 45
LDL 157 FLAG HIGH (WAS 156 IN 2012)
Now this year 2014
Total Cholesterol 222 FLAG HIGH Still! but improved (normal should be <200)
Triglycerides 123 Normal!!
HDL 51
LDL 146 FLAG HIGH Still! but Improved (normal should be <130)
Non Hdl 171 (never had it shown in my previous result) Flag High.. according to the note, it is 30mg/dl higher...
p.s (Blood pressure is always normal....)
Okay.. Now you see my result... the conclusion is
Fish oil does low Triglycerides!!! that I am very pleased and continue taking it. As for as RYR, not sure if 2 months time before taking test is not enough or the brand is no good or my body system just won't improve that quickly...
However overall, every number is improved.. Of course, I want to have a better result as many people said RYR did wonder, but not to me... :(
And non HDL is something new in the report, anyone can shed some light on it?
And this time it does not show VLDL .. I wonder VLDL is the same as non-HDL?
Found it for $29 now.
