... Just to clarify on the Omega 3/6 fats. Most people that eat modern day foods get plenty of Omega 6 fats. Things like soybean oil or corn oil (or anything made from them such as mayo or salad dressings) and commercially raised grain fed meat, fish, poultry, and eggs have plenty of Omega 6 fats in them.
