... Has anyone's doctor told them to supplement their statin with Co-Q-10? I have heard that statins stop production of Co-Q-10 in the liver as well as cholesterol and that one should supplement their statin with at least 100 mg of Co-Q-10 daily. I also read that one of the statin drug manufacturers was considering adding Co-Q-10 in with their statin drug, but can't remember... (9 replies)
