... Eating an onion is not as bad as it sounds. Especially when the onion is the sweet type. Unfortunatelly, they are available only in summertime as they do not keep well. We often have a tomato/onion salad with a bit of vinegar and olive oil. That's one good way to eat onions. I can't think of any other way to eat it, especially raw.
