... TennisGuy, THose are great number improvements!!! My HDL has always been stuck at about 38-45 most of my life - no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to budge. I'm slowly upping my niacin to 1g/day to see if that does the trick. The Omega-3s haven't changed my HDL - at least not yet.
