No real change

... numbers that low, and all I did was add alot of green tea and the cinnamon, no other changes to diet or exercise, and no other suppliments, except increasing my vitamin C to 1,000 a day, where before I was taking 500 mgs. Oh well, we will see what happens in Jan. ... (8 replies)
