... Hello Everyone, I got my new numbers today and they are: Total Cholesterol 192, down from 264 HDL 34, up from 31 LDL 129, down from 147 Trigs 144. The old readings were from 5 months ago. My doctor was pleasantly surprised as the only changes I made were 30 minutes of daily exercise and 2 tablespoons of Metamucil twice daily. I am a vegetarian and also eat no dairy... (2 replies)
