Kimianne, Here are your ratios which are based on the above numbers you gave: LDl/HDL ratio: 228 divided by 56= 4.07/1 (Should be <3.0) TC/HDL ratio: 302 divided by 56= 5.39/1 (Should be <4.0) ___________________________________________________ Your LDL is obviously a bit too high. ... helpneeded, So much depends on your HDL level. The 228 total could be good, so-so, or bad depending on the amount of high density lipoproteins comprising your cholesterol. Ask your doctor for that number. (3 replies)
