He gave me a lecture on the research indicating muscle damage and asked if I had been feeling muscle fatigue. I'd be a little leary of your doctor also - some are so into the 'group think' of the medical profession that they've lost the ability to reason independently. Didn't the drs. give U any ideas as to what to cook, as there are plenty of low carb things to find on the web, but if he is to have NO sugar or carbs, that is a tuffy.
