... Yep, I do have a recommendation. Flush Niacin will raise your HDL. You just need to start with a veeeery low dose and ramp up slowly. A 100mg you can split into 50 if 100 isn't low enough for you. Eventually, over time, you want to be taking about 1200 to 1500 mgs. It may take months to get there. ... (4 replies)
