Dietary protein and fat (like that found in meat and eggs) has little impact on fasting triglyceride levels - many studies and clinical trials confirm this. It is not the fat in your diet that impacts triglyderides, but the carbohydrates. What has the biggest impact on triglycerides is dietary carbohydrate, in particular the sugars... (20 replies)
