I think you're doing everything right. Both your diet and exercise plan seem great to me.
I would venture that the green tea, oatmeal, and cinnamon helped lower your LDL. The red wine should help boost your HDL (which is good). The extra fibre is just good - period.
Also lower your saturated fats and trans fats, and include more good mono-saturated fats... (3 replies)
