... Have you tried Red Yeast Rice (Nature's Plus) to lower your LDL? Your Niacin should be Flush Niacin; if so, yes, ramping up slowly to 1500mg or higher should raise your HDL. If you don't get enough fiber a fiber supplement, like Psyllium husk capsules, would also help greatly. Best with this. Tess (10 replies)
