... I think you should take the meds ASAP but also reduce any processed foods or fatty foods you may be eating. No smoking or coffee. Stay away from cheese, dairys and mostly saturated fats. Eat whole grains, oats, barley, brown rice. Take Garlic extract, omega 3 fatty acids and at least 500mg of vitamin C a day also 200 iu of Vitamin E a day and a B-Complex and eat fruit. Also...
