Does anyone else experience REALLY severe mid-morning fatigue?
I have a daily routine every day up at 6:15-6:30am... and at work by 8:00am. I always eat breakfast as soon as I get to work. Around 9am-11am every single day I get HORRIBLE fatigue.. I doze off and have to get coffee, or take a walk, sometimes it's so bad I take an early lunch to go sleep in my car for an hour.
Nothing helps at this time.. It's so embarassing I doze off in meetings, or feel like I'm going to collapse at my desk. I have had blood work done and so far nothing is showing abnormal.
After this fatigue period around 9-11am, I am completely fine. I am awake in the afternoon, at home in the evening and even don't feel too tired by bedtime. I sleep around 7 hours each night, and usually don't wake up at all in the night.

I don't understand what is causing this fatigue? I don't get it on weekends, as I sleep in usually until 10-11am.
