| Idiot meal method:
Breakfast - cereal with milk or soy milk, one or two pieces of fruit
Lunch - soup and salad (buy prewashed lettuce and veggies), fruit, a serving of dairy, bread
Dinner - frozen entree, salad again, fruit, cooked veggies (can get frozen and nuke them)
Snacks - fruit, veggies, cheese, yogurt.
I get so tired I may eat the salad, take a break, then eat the entree, take a break, then eat the fruit. Nobody says you have to eat a whole meal at one sitting. |
