... Does anyone else experience REALLY severe mid-morning fatigue? I have a daily routine every day up at 6:15-6:30am... and at work by 8:00am. I always eat breakfast as soon as I get to work. Around 9am-11am every single day I get HORRIBLE fatigue.. I doze off and have to get coffee, or take a walk, sometimes it's so bad I take an early lunch to go sleep in my car for an hour....
