The way I get the last bits of stool out is usually, I guess the best way to describe it is clench my anus upwards to push the last bit out, which is the little bit that always looks flatted like a triangle. I am actually sleeping fine, I just dream wierd dreams. I do have an anti-anxiety drug but have only used it once. When I have my kids around, I am not chasing my tail so much. Huge hard stools are hard on the rectum and anus and things get stretched which is likely why he is bleeding. The cramps are possibly the body's way of trying to get things moving along. ...
