... I just talked to my doc about when to replace saline implants - I've had mine just 2 years. He said they ONLY need to be replaced if they have ruptured (it's different for silicone). My guess is that even if you had yours replaced your skin would still do the same thing. But it probably doesn't hurt to have it checked out by the doc who did them (or any plastic surgeon). I...
