Hi, I had my buccal fat pads removed, it did make a big differance and Im very glad I did it, the recovery was virtualy painless and the only bad thing was the swelling afterwards, but that went away after a few days, I had very fleshy round checks and now my face is much much slimmer, in fact people ask me now if Im a model, Hows that for results!!
