... I just talked to my doc about when to replace saline implants - I've had mine just 2 years. He said they ONLY need to be replaced if they have ruptured (it's different for silicone). My guess is that even if you had yours replaced your skin would still do the same thing. But it probably doesn't hurt to have it checked out by the doc who did them (or any plastic surgeon). I... ... read, read and read more so you can make an informed decision. I had implants in the 80's. I was told they would last forever and the only complication is possible hardening but to massage them alot to break up the scar tissue. ... (1 replies)
