... Good to know. Our doctor just suggested grinding up regular food and adding cream if we can't find whole milk yogurt because most babyfood is low fat & low salt. If we use babyfood it's the mac & cheese and meats and I usually sprinkle some salt in it. We also had to deal with a bottle aversion/hunger strike issue a few months ago and ended up adding Nesquik to his morning... (2 replies)

... has been on a high calorie diet since birth. When he was an infant they had him on a higher calorie formula. Basically just more powder per ounce. When he was into the baby food stage we would add things like olive oil and butter to boost the calorie content. ... (13 replies)

... We give our daughter at least one can of Pediasure each day. She really likes the orange cream flavored one but they come in several different flavors and she seems to like them pretty good. There is no DHA in them though. It seems that we parents could benefit from a little extra DHA in our diets too as I understand the study revealed that carriers had somewhat reduced...
