... You REALLY need to call a dentist and let them know you need an appointment. If this is an upper tooth (especially a molar), the abscess/infection can spread to your brain. It almost happened to my mom and the dentist told her that had she NOT come in that day, she would have been in the hospital within a day or two possibly in a coma from the infection spreading into her...
