... u will find you don't do it so often. I found that the bottom teeth become loose before the tops is because we use our lower jaws more and that tends to move the denture sometimes and sometimes if you yawn a lot the seal from the Fixodent will come loose and then you have to fix them again. ... The best way I found to get adhesive off your gums is to drink a warm liquid right before you want to take your teeth out and then after removing them, swish more of the warm liquid around your mouth. Most of it will come off then, the rest you can wipe off with a damp wash cloth or paper towel. You should talk to your dentist about relining your dentures to make them fit... (9 replies)
