... I'm not sure exactly what worked, but the tea tree & cinnamin mouthwash & t-paste seemed to work well. Avoiding citrus, helped. Also seemed like the propolis & myrrh toothpaste worked, too. ... I've not experienced this myself, but I wonder if you should see an allergist. It might be that you have a food allergy that your gums are reacting to. Have you tried rinsing with warm salt water? You have nothing to lose...maybe it will offer you some relief. (2 replies)
