... hat is rare. I think it had to do with the fact that I wore my top retainer one night and it ripped the wound wide open when I took it out the next morning. Even after all of that I would still go through it again to keep my teeth. So good luck and don't sweat it. ... (18 replies)
... The procedure occurred 2 days ago so its still settling down I think it might take a week or two before it starts to settle back on the tooth. Its not noticeable except to me and only in the back side where she was pushing the gum back. ... (5 replies)
... Thanks for the update. Glad to hear you are feeling a lot better!!! I will schedule my surgery mid to late October. Did they take bone from the back of your jaw also? When you say the first couple of days were miserable, is it because of the pain or the temporary you had to wear? Did the pain meds work? Also, how is the swelling? Congrats on the new job!!!!!!
