For example, typically foods that calm my stomach are plain toast, crackers, ginger ale, bananas, cream of wheat, etc. None of these are exactly the best foods to be eating when you have Type II. ... ... For just one or two days, it won't hurt you all that much to eat whatever it is that can calm your tummy. Obviously you don't want to be eating those foods frequently, but if that's all you can keep down, then just consider it a temporary problem, and get back on track as soon as your stomach settles. ...
