Your diet is extremely unhealthy. Eating a frozen dinner and then 10 cookies at night is terrible for you! Not only are you lacking important nutrients, you are also not eating at proper intervals to keep your metabolism working well.

You should really be eating a breakfast right when you wake up in the morning (something nutritious!) and then a lunch and a dinner with snacks in between. How do you mean your body doesn't get used to it? Your body is very adaptable and can change if you really want it to. I suggest you try and make it do so....
