I've never cut all red meat out of my diet before, other than maybe for a couple of weeks. And even then, it wasn't cutting it out. Just didn't happen to eat any for that period of time. My question to you, would be why start eating red meat again, if you've gotten used to not eating it? But if you have decided to do it, I'd think that doing it very gradually would be the way to go. Not sure if suddenly having a 26 oz t-bone would cause any problems. But why chance it? Just have a slice of beef here and a small burger there...until your system gets used to it again.
