I've yet to find something I can stick with...

I tried the slimfast plan.. and adkins... and on and on and on.

I'm currently eating two bowls of post healthy classics cereal a day, with skim milk and a piece of fruit... usually a bannana. They claim by doing so, you can lose 10 pounds on average, in 12 weeks.

For my third meal, I'm trying to eat sensible... but I'm not much of a cook and it's hard when you can't cook, to not go get fast food or something.

I've also cut down on the soda, which is something I tend to drink way too much of. Cut back to a few cans a day and only diet when I do drink it, the rest of the time bottled water.

My question is as follows:

Would those "Healthy Choice" frozen dinners you see in the store, be a good substitute for the 'sensible' dinner, again seeing how I can't cook?

I'm not really even overweight, though I am a little more round in the middle than what I would like, thus the need to diet.

Thanks!
