Chinese drink soy milk just about everyday. Don't see any problems with them except for the bird flu, which comes from chicken. You can find bad on anything. I really doubt that 1/2 - 1 c. of soy milk per day is going to do any harm. There are studies that claim it's good for women going through menopause. People in my house eat soy sauce everyday too. It goes on just about everything including fried eggs. We're healthy and thin. I don't see anyone talking about the lead in wine,which comes from the sprays used on grapes. Enjoy your food and take everything "with a grain of salt."
