Im starting to find myself counting calories again and realizing how much calories everything actually has. Its hard not to count calories since Ive memorized the calorie content of all the food in my house. I have gained some weight which Im not really comfortable with. Right now Im 5'3 and 100 lbs. Im actually okay with what Ive been eating but it looks like so little. Heres what I ate the past 2 days:

B: Ensure (recomended by my dr.)
L: about 5 Beef stick slices
D: Steak and green bean frozen dinner, slice of bread

B: Ensure
S: Protein bar
D: Slice of bread w/ a slice of cheese, lean cuisine chicken, pasta, and apple slices frozen dinner
S: Small piece of chocolate

Is my diet that bad? I might try to eat more tomorrow
