i am taking in around 4000 calories a day but on most days am burning more than that by training for upcoming biathlon. I usually take in around 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day. Generally, from chicken breasts, skim milk, egg-whites, vegetables, and whole grain bread. I supplement for fats with Flax and sunflower oil, fish, nuts, etc. however, i know i still have a net calorie deficit. My question is if am I negatively affecting my lean muscle gains by doing this providing I am still taking in the correct amount of protein and EFA's? thanks everyone.
