Healthy snacks:
Non fat plain yogurt with added frozen berries/chopped almonds.
Whole wheat/rye crackers with a wedge of Low Fat Laughing Cow (Garlic/Herb flavor is really nice).
A small bunch of frozen grapes/wedge of Low fat Laughing Cow cheese (at home)
1 cup of frozen berries, 10 almonds (at home)
Non fat whole wheat pretzels with 2 tablespoons hummus
Peach or black plum, low fat mozarella string cheese, whole grain cracker
Whole wheat small pita bread filled with lettuce, tomato, cut up 1/2 grilled chicken breast (or flaked tuna), cucumber, take some non fat dressing of choice (I prefer balsamic vinegar) and use 1-2 T over the filling in the pita
Each one of these snacks is low in fat and less than 150 calories

Sweet tooth:
1 cup of any frozen fruit
4-5 Meringue kisses (cookies) made with Splenda
Baked apple with cinnamon/Splenda
Apple with 1T natural (organic, no sugar/no salt added) peanut butter
1 square dark chocolate
1 sheet graham cracker
1/2 of any candy bar, frozen
