Keep on eating the peanut butter, as long as you limit it to no more than two tablespoons a day. Although it's high in fat, it's the good kind of fat that should be part of any diet. It's also a good source of protein, fiber and other nutrients.

You did mention that you eat the natural kind. This is a wise choice. I buy the kind that has two ingredients: Peanuts and Salt. :D
