Actually ity is very yummy. I started to crave the drink after the 2 day. I needed it. The Grade B maple syrup has all the nutrients to sustain you for the 10 days or longer if you choose do to the diet.

Lemon acts as the cleanser and along with the maple syrup contain enough vitamins and nutrients to keep you alive. In addition, every morning and night you drink an enema drink (Senna Tea at night and Saline Salt concoction in the morning) to clean out all the poisons released by fasting and the lemons. Plus you drink plain water through out the day as well. You need to be oclose to the bathroom after taking the salt drink cause in 30 minutes you wil have to go and go again.The Master Cleanser is very well known and has been around for more than 50 years. During the fast, your body begins to excrete all kinds of toxins accumulated over your lifetime. Some people experience various forms of illness for a few days. It's normal. It's not because of lack of food but rather from your body undergoing the detoxification. Your tongue begins to spew out a bunch of crud, and you have really bad body odor not to mention all the strange "eliminations", that come out in the toilet. Lemons BTW are one of the foods highest in alkalkine. Just because it has acid in it does not means it's an acidic food. Look it up if you don't believe me.

Toxins in the body are pollution. It affects everything from the air we breathe, to the water we drink, the food we eat and the quality of life we enjoy. There are chemicals in everything you eat unless you only eat organic. A toxin is simply a poison that can affect the body by internal or external means.
