Vitamin B's are needed for proper digestion and absorption of nutrients and the formation of red blood cells. Folic acid can help to correct deficencies. Many whole fruits and vegetables will contain generous amounts of vitamin B and a reputable health store will have many supplements also. Brewers Yeast is a valuable source of vitamin B along with almonds and other raw nuts. Include legumes like beans, peas and lentils in your diet and be sure your diet includes bulk and fibre.

Herbal teas are also beneficial for the liver. Dandelion tea, burdock root and red clover aid the liver by cleansing the bloodsteam.

Water, water, water is a key in health and vitality, along with a healthy diet and low stress. Our inner emotions can effect the way our body manifests certain 'health issues' so the importance of quality sleep, good diet, low stress and a zest for life is paramount.
